The month closed with 17,812 transactions, adding to a record year that has already crossed 197,000 deals. November reached AED 64.7 billion in sales, pushing the yearly total to AED 624.1 billion. Apartments led activity, while villas and townhouses saw steady demand. Prices per sq ft moved higher across most districts, showing strong interest from both local and international buyers.

Properties for sale in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) stayed at the top due to strong apartment demand. Buyers focused on studios and one-bedroom units for better entry prices.
