The Dubai real estate market report November 2025 shows a strong jump in sales and activity. Jumeirah Village Circle recorded the highest number of transactions. Dubai South, Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Triangle, and Dubai Maritime City followed. 

The month closed with 17,812 transactions, adding to a record year that has already crossed 197,000 deals. November reached AED 64.7 billion in sales, pushing the yearly total to AED 624.1 billion. Apartments led activity, while villas and townhouses saw steady demand. Prices per sq ft moved higher across most districts, showing strong interest from both local and international buyers.

  • Apartment sales reached 15,905 transactions worth AED 32.1 billion.
  • Apartment activity recorded a 37.4% rise in yearly volume.
  • Villas closed 2,078 transactions with a total of AED 13.2 billion.
  • Villa activity showed a 6.6% drop compared to last year.
  • Commercial sales hit AED 2.3 billion across 647 transactions.
  • Commercial volume showed a 79.7% jump year-on-year.
  • Plot sales touched AED 17.1 billion from 377 transactions.
  • Average price per sq ft increased 16.1% to AED 1,755.
