Nourelle at Madinat Jumeirah Living by Meraas is an under-construction residential development in Umm Suqeim, Dubai, positioned within the established Madinat Jumeirah Living community opposite the wider Madinat Jumeirah destination. The project introduces three contemporary residential buildings connected by a signature skybridge and combines design-led apartments with landscaped public spaces, wellness amenities and views toward the Burj Al Arab and Dubai skyline.

Nourelle at Madinat Jumeirah Living is a three-building residential project by Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, offering 1 to 4-bedroom apartments from AED 3.68 million in Umm Suqeim, Dubai. The buildings are connected by a dramatic skybridge containing an infinity pool, sky gardens, gym and yoga spaces, while the wider project also includes children’s play zones, daycare facilities, pocket parks, landscaped gardens and community stores. Current project data shows a 75/25 payment plan and Q1 2029 handover, with construction underway and Meraas currently reporting 4% overall progress.

Nourelle’s most identifiable architectural feature is its elevated skybridge, which connects the three residential buildings and functions as an amenity destination rather than simply a circulation element. Meraas places an infinity pool, landscaped sky gardens, a modern gym and yoga spaces within this elevated structure.

The project also introduces a more contemporary architectural language into Madinat Jumeirah Living. Meraas describes clean lines, bold geometry and cut-outs softened with greenery, while floor plans are designed to maximise light, space and views. Residences may overlook the Burj Al Arab, surrounding community or Dubai skyline, depending on building, floor and orientation.

The first Nourelle building comprises 66 residences across 12 storeys, including 27 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom, 10 three-bedroom and one four-bedroom apartment. This gives buyers useful first-party detail on the initial building’s density and unit distribution.

Across the overall project, Meraas currently offers 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments. Bayut’s current project data shows 1-bedroom layouts from roughly 847 sq. ft., while one of the later Nourelle buildings shows larger configurations of approximately 1,078 sq. ft. for 1BR, 2,320 sq. ft. for 2BR, 3,926 sq. ft. for 3BR and 5,623 sq. ft. for a 4BR apartment. Individual layouts therefore vary materially by building and type.

Current official pricing starts from AED 3.68 million. This should be treated as the live project entry point rather than assuming every 1-bedroom apartment remains available at exactly that level. Meraas still marks Nourelle as “Properties Available”, unlike several earlier MJL projects that are now sold out.

The wider Madinat Jumeirah Living location adds considerable context to the buyer proposition. MJL is an established, landscaped residential community known for pedestrian routes, greenery, family-friendly public spaces and views toward the Burj Al Arab and Arabian Gulf. Residents are also positioned close to Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s beaches and major road connections.

Nourelle’s immediate amenities include kids’ play zones, daycare centres, community stores, pocket parks, gardens, infinity pool, gym, yoga studio and sky gardens.

Meraas currently gives approximate drive times of 2 minutes to Sheikh Zayed Road, 5 minutes to the nearest mall, 5 minutes to Dubai Media City, 8 minutes to Dubai Internet City and 25 minutes to Dubai International Airport, subject to traffic.

The payment plan is currently 75/25. Bayut’s detailed milestone schedule shows 20% down payment, followed by 10%, 5%, 10%, 10%, 10% and 10% instalments through March 2028, with the final 25% due on handover.

For buyers, Nourelle should not be assessed only as another premium apartment project near the Burj Al Arab. The more useful comparison is between specific building, floor, Burj Al Arab or skyline orientation, internal area, balcony size, price per square foot, remaining payment balance and the premium attached to entering one of the newer MJL releases.
