Azizi Bellarno is the central residential cluster within Azizi Florence by Azizi Developments in Um Fanain, Sharjah. Designed with a contemporary architectural character, Bellarno is positioned directly around the western side of the community's 1.6M+ sq. ft. central park, placing selected homes close to key landscape features including the main lake and pavilion, event lawn and amphitheatre. Bellarno's main differentiator is its relationship with Azizi Bardini Park, the landscaped green spine running through the middle of Azizi Florence. Unlike clusters that sit alongside the park, Bellarno is positioned where the green spine wraps around the cluster and connects multiple major community spaces.

Current Bellarno plans place the lake and pavilion, event lawn and amphitheatre directly on or beside its boundary. This makes the cluster particularly relevant for buyers prioritising immediate access to landscaped open space and community recreation rather than simply the shortest drive to the masterplan entrance.

Architecturally, Bellarno belongs to the contemporary-design family within Azizi Florence, together with Lucardo and Soffiano. This distinguishes it from the Mediterranean styling used in Versilia, Pienza and Siena.

The wider master-community product range currently includes 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses plus 4, 5 and 6-bedroom villas. Built-up areas start at around 2,224 sq. ft. for a 3-bedroom townhouse and increase to approximately 4,930 sq. ft. for the largest villa configuration.

Current masterplan material also references 214 six-bedroom park-facing villas across the Florence release.
